I had only wanted to pick up some really cute things for my little nephews but my sister in law took it as though I was buying her kids things because I thought that she could not afford it. That was not true and I had actually not even spent that much money on them. I bought some cute footie pajamas that were in the toddler pajamas section on the clearance rack and a few dollar toys.

I knew that my kids enjoyed being all cozy in their footie pajamas after a bath on the cold winter nights and I just thought that my nephews would too. In fact, I got the same colors for my kids, I thought that it would be cute to get them all together and take their picture with them all having matching toddler pajamas. They would love those pictures when they got older, or at least we could maybe bribe them.

I did not want my sister in law mad at me, so I gave her the receipt for the footie pajamas and the dollar toys and told her that if she wanted to, she could return them. I hoped that she just kept them after seeing that my total bill was only about eight dollars.
