The Used Poweredge Servers Order Was Misplaced
My order that was supposed to be for four used poweredge servers was somehow misplaced at the computer store. I have been having this kind of trouble with them for the last few months and am really considering changing to a different computer company. My brother uses some online outfit and he says that he never has any trouble with them.
I think that if they actually have four used poweredge servers at this online place, I will just cancel my order at the store and get my used servers from them from now on. The problem with that is that my customers have been waiting on them now for two weeks. I have had to tell them every day, that they should be in tomorrow and they are getting sick of my excuses.
I really only called the computer store because it was starting to seem like it was taking a really long time for the used servers to come in, more than normal and that is when I found out that they never even received my order but since I had the verified printout that they had, it proved that they had lost it somehow. If they can get them to me within twenty four hours, then I will take them but anything after that and I am switching to the online company.
