My Son Wants To Wear Adult T Shirts
When your fourteen year old son wants to wear adult t shirts, I am not sure what to do. I was hoping that maybe if he gets one or two adult t shirts that I think are inappropriate to wear to school, and he still does it, then the school will send him home. It seems that he does not want to listen to me anymore.
He thinks that they are funny t shirts but I have a feeling that his teachers and his principal will not agree. I have decided to let him see what the consequences will be for not following the dress code at school. We are given a set of rules for how to dress properly at the beginning of each school year and I guess that he thinks these rules do not apply to him.
Since the adult t shirts were fairly inexpensive, this will be a cheap lesson that my son has to learn. I figured that the day after the t shirts come in, I should take the morning off of work so that when he calls because the school is making him change his clothes, I can go and pick him up.
