Glow Bangles Save the Party
When making up my daughter’s party favor bags that her friends would be taking home after the slumber party, we had to make sure that they were all the same. One thing I know is that you needed to make sure they all were given the same exact things or there would be issues. They all had lip balm, gum, some candy and each had a pair of glowing glasses and glow bangles.
I was feeling pretty good when we were two hours into the party and we had not had any issues yet. I knew that we would, but was glad to get everything off to a good start. Anyone who has girls knows that if you have a house full of girls, someone is bound to get upset.
The girls went outside to look for lightening bugs when it got a little dark. I got lots of pictures and then decided that if they had on their glowing glasses, the pictures would be so much funnier. I ran into the house to get them and came back and showed the girls. The package of glowing glasses came with two different colors. Of course, there were a few girls who did not get the color they wanted.
The drama of not getting the right color lasted until the next day when they all realized that they all had the exact same color of glow bangles in their party bags. This helped to calm everyone down.
